Before we get started we like to meet you and your pet. The Initial meeting is free and can be arranged for a time to suit us both.
This gives you the opportunity to meet us and for us to answer any questions you have. We also use this opportunity to get acquainted with your pet and its environment.

During the meeting we start a client file with information that may be needed in the case of an emergency. We'll discuss the type of care you would like for your pet and then organise a personalised petcare schedule, tailored for your individual pets, keeping to their daily routine as much as possible.

If your cat or dog are outdoor pets then we can arrange to issue you with a Metro Mutts & Moggies identification tag, individually numbered, with our 24 hour contact number. Keys will also be collected at this time (if required).
